שמע ישראל אלוהינו אלוהים אחד Sh’ma Israel Adoni Eloheinu, Adoni Echad
Hear, O Israel: the Lord is our God, the Lord is one
Observant Jews consider the Sh’ma to be the most important part of the prayer service in Judaism, and its twice-daily recitation as a mitzvah (religious commandment). It is traditional for Jews to say the Sh’ma as their last words, and for parents to teach their children to say it before they go to sleep at night.

שמע ישראל אלוהינו אלוהים אחד – Sh’ma Israel prayer
Sterling silver dog tag necklace
Imprinted with texture from the Western Wall in Jerusalem
Both the chain and the dog tag are a little more delicate than I expected, esp for a boy. The silver started tarnishing right away as well, which was unusual.
